The Not Very Interesting But Legally Quite Important Stuff That You Should Read
Pennychoo sells greetings cards and printed paper items. All greetings cards are printed on 280gsm board (FSC Mixed Credit) supplied with ane envelope and packed into a cello bag to keep the items clean. All orders are dispatched in rigid, board envelopes which should prevent any damage to the contents. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods which are sustained as a result of the Royal Mail manhandling or bending these rigid envelopes.
Delivery: We always aim to get orders to people within 5 working days of us acknowledging receipt of your order. All orders are sent by Royal Mail, or, in the case of framed prints, via a courier service. If an order is especially large or valuable, we may send it in such a way that a signature may be required from you. When we are going to be unable to get your goods to you within 5 working days (eg when we are on holiday, at trade events etc.) we will make this clear on the website.
Refunds & Cancellations:
You may cancel your order, for whatever reason; you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to do this.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.

If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, resulting in the goods now being unsuitable for resale by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Where goods received by you are damaged, or the order is incorrect, we will also refund the return postage.
We cannot accept responsibilty for non-delivery of goods where the address information supplied to us by you is not accurate.
